Loads of caramelized onions are slowly cooked with balsamic vinegar and other spices creating a delectable jam. Add deep flavor to burgers, steaks, and grilled panini sandwiches. An excellent accoutrement on a cheese or charcuterie board.  Gluten and dairy free.
